The third and final workshop in Level Up Your Hiring IQ covers the Five Levels of Leadership.

Now that you’ve hired and established best practices for managing your employees, the final workshop in our three-part series to level up your Hiring IQ helps you understand the difference between managing and leading – and when to use both.

Facilitated by SCE Edge, this workshop will explore strong leadership as central to the success of every business. The class defines leadership, introduces the 5 C’s of Leadership, identifies the differences between managing and leading and identifies the impact leadership skills has on productivity and performance. Participants will learn to understand and apply their personal values and leadership styles in the workplace.
