About Our Speaker
Bao-Ngoc is the Regional Sales Performance Manager for Orange County South Bay Region. She is responsible for supporting the region to drive revenue growth, deepening and acquiring client relationships, driving customer experience and operational execution for the defined sales initiatives nationally. Works closely with the Region, Division, and Sales Performance leadership to deliver integrated and impactful solutions, growth, execution and inspection of the sales playbook, and developing relationships with key partners.
Bao-Ngoc has over 20+ years of banking and financial services experience with the majority spent in various leadership positions in Consumer, Small Business and Business Banking. Her extensive management background and credit acumen has distinguished her as an effective and consistent leader in business lending. In addition, she serves as the Bank of America Ambassador for the NAWBO local chapter.
A Southern California native, Bao-Ngoc graduated with a degree in Urban Studies and Planning with a concentration in Economics and Public Health from UC San Diego. She is married with 3 children. She enjoys family trips, spending time with her 2 dogs, cooking and wine tasting.
