The first workshop in our three-part series to level up your Hiring IQ asks you the question: Is it time to hire?
Facilitated by SCE Edge Trainer, Catherine Francis with CMF Global Enterprises, this training will address how to align individual goals with organizaztion goals, give strategies for setting specific and measurable goals, and offer methods to focus your goals on results rather than activities. Participants will create an organizational blueprint and action plan for development and growth.
