When you started your business, you likely had a picture in your mind of your Dream Business, a business you LOVE. What was that dream? How long has it been since you’ve looked at it? And what does “business success” mean to you? Unlike many male counterparts, most women search for meaning in their business, and how it impacts others rather than strictly financial gain (though those profits sure are nice!). Yours is the definition that counts.
Most of us have watched our businesses evolve over time. But we rarely go back and think through what our evolved vision is. Not having a clear and current business vision wreaks havoc with our attempts at planning…and may be hampering your efforts.
Whether you are a longtime owner or a relative newbie, it’s never too late — or too soon — to work on elucidating and refining your business success destination.
